Eligibility Criteria

  • Who Can Apply:
    • Candidates in the third year or higher of an undergraduate degree program.
    • Candidates who have completed a government-approved degree program in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities.

Exam Structure

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Number of Test Papers: 30 (including full and sectoral papers)
  • Sections:
    • General Aptitude (GA): Common to all papers (15 points)
    • Candidate’s Chosen Subjects: Various question formats including multiple choice (MCQ), multiple select questions (MSQ), and numerical answer type (NAT) (85 points)
  • Total Marks: 100

Application Process

  • Number of Applications:
    • Each candidate must submit only one application.
    • Candidates can apply for up to two test papers, but both should be included in the original application.
    • Multiple applications will result in the acceptance of only one application, with no refund for the application fees of the others.

Marking Scheme

  • Negative Marking for MCQs:
    • One-mark MCQ: One-third mark deducted for each incorrect answer.
    • Two-mark MCQ: Two-thirds mark deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • No Negative Marking:
    • MSQ or NAT questions have no negative grading, and no partial marks for MSQs.

  • Language: English
