Eligibility for Mop-Up Round
- Previously Allocated Candidates: Candidates who were allocated slots in Rounds 1 or 2 but did not accept the admission despite paying the seat acceptance fees are eligible to apply.
- Unassigned Candidates: Candidates who have not been assigned a spot in the previous rounds can apply.
- New Applicants: Candidates who are new to the counselling process and have not participated in any of the previous stages can register for the mop-up round.
- Exclusions: Candidates who withdrew or left the e-counselling system during the previous rounds are not permitted to reapply.
How to Register for WBJEE Mop-Up Round
- Visit the Official Website: Go to wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Navigate to the WBJEE Exam Link: Find the ‘Examinations’ tab from the dropdown menu, and choose the link for the WBJEE exam.
- Check Seat Allotment Result: From the “Candidate Activity Board,” view the ‘Round 2 Seat Allotment Result for WBJEE Counselling 2024’.
- Register: Provide the necessary personal information to register.
- Log In: Enter your login information to access your account.
- Select Preferences: Choose your preferred courses and colleges.
- Submit: After paying the required fees, click on submit.
- Save a Copy: Download a hard copy for future reference.

- Modify and Lock Choices: August 7.
- Mop-Up Round Seat Allotment Result: August 9.
