The Adani Group has launched a nationwide ‘Skill and Employ’ program to strengthen India’s workforce and support the ‘Make in India’ initiative. In partnership with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), the program will enhance vocational and technical education to meet industry needs in green energy, manufacturing, high-tech, and industrial design sectors.

The program is the largest of its kind in India. The Adani Group has committed over Rs 2,000 crore to establish an institution and finishing school in Mundra. The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), founded in 1956, is the largest German bi-national chamber of commerce abroad. It has over 4,000 member companies. IGCC will shape the curriculum to align with international standards, ensuring students receive globally relevant training.
