Progress has announced that applications are now open for the 2025 Progress Akanksha Scholarship for Women in STEM in India. The scholarship, launched to mark International Women’s Day, aims to support women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Scholarship Details
The Akanksha Scholarship provides a four-year renewable award of up to INR 1,50,000 annually. It covers tuition fees and other educational expenses for women pursuing undergraduate degrees in computer science, computer information systems, software engineering, or IT. The program seeks candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, creativity, resilience, and a passion for innovation.
