The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, has issued the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024 admit cards for the July session. Candidates can now download their hall tickets from the official website at aptet.apcfss.in. The exam will take place from October 3 to October 20, with two daily sessions: one from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and the other from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
Candidates who clear Paper 1 will be eligible to teach classes 1 to 5, while those passing Paper 2 can teach classes 6 to 8. The provisional answer key will be available from October 4 (one day after each exam), and the final answer key will be released on October 27. The AP TET 2024 result is scheduled to be announced on November 2.

- Click on the AP TET 2024 admit card link on the homepage.
- Enter your birthdate and registration number in the login fields and click “Submit.”
- Your hall ticket will appear on the screen.
- Verify all the details on the admit card.
- Download and print the admit card for future reference.
AP TET 2024: Exam Pattern
- Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Total Questions: 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Paper 1 Sections:
- Child Development and Pedagogy
- Language 1
- English
- Mathematics
- Environmental Studies
Each section contains 30 questions worth one mark each.
Paper 2 Sections:

- Subjects related to the elected stream
The first three sections consist of 30 questions each, while the fourth has 60 questions.
Passing Criteria:
- General category: 60% or higher
- SC/ST, differently abled, and ex-servicemen: 40% or higher
