In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the TOT Programme emphasized the importance of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for educators, mandating 50 hours of CPD annually for all teachers and head teachers. The goal of this initiative is to enable educators to adapt to evolving educational needs by adopting new methodologies, strategies, and skills, transforming them into empowered resource persons within their institutions.

The training was meticulously designed to provide trainers with the tools to elevate teaching standards, foster academic excellence, and create dynamic, learner-centered environments in schools. This TOT Programme represents a significant step forward in enhancing the professional capabilities of educators and ensuring that they are well-prepared to guide students in today’s rapidly changing educational landscape.
