The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has reached the final day for submitting the List of Candidates (LOC) for the 2024-25 board exams for classes 10 and 12. Schools must submit their students’ details through the Pariksha Sangam portal by the end of today, October 3, 2024. This data is crucial as it determines exam participation, and no changes can be made once the submission deadline has passed.
For schools that miss today’s deadline, the submission window will reopen tomorrow, October 5, with a late fee of ₹2,000 per candidate. This extended window will remain open until October 15. To complete the LOC process, schools must first enter student information on the OASIS portal, followed by submission on the HPE portal, before finalizing the LOC on the Pariksha Sangam portal.
The CBSE also reminded schools, students, and parents of the importance of ensuring accurate submission of student data, including correct subject details, as this will form the basis for further board exam procedures. Any errors made in the LOC submission cannot be corrected after the deadline.
Looking ahead, CBSE’s board exams for 2024-25 are set to begin on February 15, 2025. The subject-wise date sheet for classes 10 and 12 is expected to be released in November, following the completion of the LOC submission process.
This update is crucial for schools and families as they prepare for the upcoming board exams. Staying informed and adhering to submission deadlines will ensure smooth participation in the exams.
