State-Wise List of Extended School Holidays
Delhi:

Bihar:
- Government and private schools across the state will remain closed until January 11, 2025, for students up to class 8.
Chandigarh:
- School timings have been revised to 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, replacing the earlier schedule of 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Haryana:
- Winter vacations for both government and private schools have been extended until January 15, 2025. Regular classes will resume on January 16, 2025.
Uttar Pradesh (UP):
- Kasturba Gandhi Residential Schools will remain closed until January 10, 2025.
- For secondary schools, students from class 6 to 8 have been granted extended holidays, with reopening dates yet to be announced.

Himachal Pradesh:

Jammu and Kashmir:
- Winter vacations for students up to class 5 are scheduled from December 10, 2024, to February 28, 2025.
