The University of Delhi (DU) has released the schedule for Spot Round-I of allocations and admissions for undergraduate programs for the academic session 2024-25. The application process for this round will commence on September 18 at 10 AM and conclude on September 19 at 11:59 PM. The seat allocation list will be published on September 21 at 3 PM.
Eligibility for Spot Round-I:
- Only applicants who applied through the Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS-UG)-2024 and have not been admitted to any college by September 17 at 5:00 PM are eligible to participate.
- Admitted students’ dashboards will be frozen post September 17 at 5:00 PM, preventing any further changes or withdrawals.

- Display of Vacant Seats: September 18, 10 AM
- Application for Spot Round-I: September 18, 10 AM to September 19, 11:59 PM
- Declaration of Allocations: September 21, 3 PM
- Acceptance of Allocated Seats: September 21, 3 PM to September 22, 11:59 PM
- College Verification and Approval: September 21, 3 PM to September 23, 4:59 PM
- Last Date for Online Payment of Fees: September 24, 4:59 PM
Additional Information:
- Candidates must select the ‘Spot Admission’ option on their dashboard to participate.
- Seats can be chosen only from the available programme and college combinations according to the category.
- Acceptance of the allocated seat is mandatory to remain eligible for future admission rounds. Failure to accept will result in disqualification from future rounds and exclusion from the CSAS-UG 2024 process.
- There will be no option for withdrawal or seat upgrading during the spot admission rounds. The seat allocated in this round will be final with no further upgrades permitted.
